1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
After this time, the order may have already been picked, packed, or shipped and cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may still request a return once you receive the product. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

3. What Happens Next?
If your cancellation request is received within the allowed 12-hour window and the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. You may still return the item after delivery in line with our return policy.
