1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.

• Issue a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs not authorized by MARWAXOX
• Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance
• Consumables (e.g. sponges, pads, applicators, etc.)

3. Eligibility Conditions

• The product must have been purchased directly from marwaxox.shop.
• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
• The product must be within the 24-month warranty period from the date of delivery.

5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Returns

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. It is offered in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
