We currently ship to all areas within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping option:
- Standard Shipping: FREE — Estimated delivery within 2 to 8 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, courier workload, or external factors such as weather or service disruptions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You may also track your order via our Track Your Order page.
5. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted national delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD depending on package size, weight, and destination.

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@marwaxox.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MARWAXOX is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is marked as “undeliverable” by the carrier due to issues such as failed delivery attempts or refusal at the door, we will issue a refund minus original shipping and handling costs (if applicable), once the item is returned to us.
10. Multiple Shipments
In certain cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments (e.g., if some items are out of stock). You will be notified of any such occurrences via email.
