1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Is shipping really free?
Yes! All orders within the UK include free standard shipping with no minimum spend.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2–8 business days after dispatch. Our handling time is 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed.
4. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for more info.
5. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@marwaxox.shop or via WhatsApp.
6. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused, unopened products. See our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
7. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All eligible products are covered by our 2-year limited warranty. Please visit our Warranty page to learn more.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
9. Are your products original?
Yes. We only resell genuine beauty products sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not sell replicas or unauthorised goods.
